:(1) According to section 21, while recognizing any educational qualification certificate or degree, the Council may request the prescribed course for such educational qualification certificate or degree and prescribed conditions for admission and other related details.
(2) According to sub-section (1) it shall be the duty of the concerned educational institution to provide the necessary details as requested by the Council.
